about
brian adams
My introduction to historical acting began by performing educational shows at the replica Independence Hall at Knott’s Berry Farm where he appeared as several Founding Fathers. His voice can still be heard as John Adams in the recorded presentation in the main room. His first of many appearances as Thomas Jefferson was at the Reagan Library’s Presidents’ Day celebration in 1998. In addition to appearing at the Library’s July 4th and Presidents’ Day celebrations for almost 8 years, Brian has presented Mr. Jefferson at Forest Lawn’s North Church, addressed social groups, elementary schools, and Johns Hopkins’ Center for Talented Youth academic summer camp.
Brian currently teaches psychology at several Southern California community colleges and welcomes the opportunity to bring Jefferson into your classroom either in-person or via Zoom.
